Standard Processing Time
Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped as products are made to order. Every order is packaged with care and shipped via USPS. If you unfortunately receive a damaged product, please contact USPS and file a claim. We will be happy to provide any documentation to help this process along.

Refund Policy
A refund can be requested if processing time exceeds 6 business days and must be requested within 30 days of original purchase date. Please send request and order confirmation to jkarlon.h@gmail.com. We do not currently accept exchanges due to the nature of our products.
What Is "Buy More, Save More"
"Buy More, Save More" is an amazing incentive we give to customers who want to purchase multiple products. For example, if a customer is going to try our Bronwyn Special Kit but also wants to try the Tickle Me Pink Tea, they will save cash on Tickle Me Pink by adding it to their kit.
